TAJYIRE Training Center: Rwanda’s New Business Factory Rewriting the Future of Work

When TAJYIRE took over the historic Matheus House, most people expected business to continue as usual — another busy electronics market, thousands of micro-retailers hustling daily.
Instead, TAJYIRE flipped the script.

Inside a building already pulsing with commerce, it created something the world hasn’t seen before:

A full training center built inside a marketplace, giving students instant access to real customers, real businesses, and real income — from day one.

This model doesn’t exist anywhere else on the planet. Rwanda is the first.

Class A: The Technical Innovation Lab Powering Rwanda’s Hardware Future

Class A is not a workshop — it’s a production ecosystem.

To lead it, TAJYIRE appointed Eng. NIYOYITA Amani, an engineer recognized for his work in advanced technologies, automation, electronics design, and IoT innovation. His past contributions include building functional tech prototypes, leading community STEM initiatives, and supporting local hardware innovators — giving him the perfect profile to run TAJYIRE’s Technical R&D Unit.

Eng. NIYOYITA Amani is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in advanced technologies, automation, electronics design, and Internet of Things (IoT) innovation. He has built functional tech prototypes, led community STEM initiatives, and supported local hardware innovators across Rwanda.

Recognized for his commitment to nurturing young talent, Niyoyita brings a blend of technical expertise and mentorship to TAJYIRE, ensuring students in Class A not only learn theory but also apply skills to create real-world products and solutions.

Under his direction, Class A will do more than teach.
It will design and release real electronic products and IoT solutions directly into the Rwandan market, turning students into creators, not just technicians.

For the first time, Rwanda will not just be using technology — it will be manufacturing innovation from within.

Class B: TAJYIRE Business Factory — The Production Line For 2,000 New Startups

If Class A builds devices, Class B builds entrepreneurs.

This is not a normal classroom.
Class B runs 18 hours a day, operating both as a training space and as TAJYIRE’s official Call Center & Online Sales Hub.

Here, students don’t learn theory — they run actual online businesses on the TAJYIRE marketplace while they study.
They master:

• sales fundamentals
• digital commerce
• marketplace execution
• customer communication
• business operations

This is why TAJYIRE calls it the Business Factory. The goal is concrete:
To produce 2,000+ active small businesses within the next 3 years.

And for those who already have a business but lack workspace?
TAJYIRE turned Class B into Kigali’s most accessible co-working engine:
only 1,000 RWF per hour — 3,000 per session.
No excuse remains. The barrier is gone.

A Training Center Built Directly Inside an Economy

Most training centers fail because they teach people and then send them out to “find opportunities.”
TAJYIRE did the opposite.

It built training inside an established marketplace already serving thousands of businesses.

This means:

• students practice in a real market
• sellers gain skilled support immediately
