The Private Sector Federation (PSF) has appointed Amin Miramago as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership transition at one of Rwanda’s key private sector institutions.
Miramago replaces Stephen Ruzibiza, who has completed his tenure after serving two terms at the helm of the federation.
In a statement issued on March 23, 2026, PSF said the appointment comes at a time when the private sector is expected to play an increasingly pivotal role in driving Rwanda’s economic transformation.
The federation noted that the leadership change is part of its continued efforts to strengthen its mandate of promoting and representing business interests.
PSF commended the outgoing CEO for his contribution to the growth of the institution, highlighting his role in advancing private sector development and supporting businesses across the country.
Miramago now takes over with expectations to build on these gains, as the federation looks to deepen its impact in areas such as investment promotion, enterprise growth, and job creation.
