By Elias Hakizimana
RwandAir will always strive to offer good services, and be a role model in aviation industry, RwandAir Acting Chief Executive Officer, Col. Chance Ndagano.
Ndagano who is also African Airlines Associations (AFRAA) President noted that RwandAir is expanding its routes to various destinations in the world in a bid to serve many people.
Ndagano made the observation on Sunday during his welcoming remarks as Rwanda hosts the 49th Annual General Assembly (AGA), which is a trade association activity of the African Airlines Associations (AFRAA).
The conference that starts from October 12, 2017 to end up October 14, 2017 will be focusing on ‘Rethinking strategies for Airline profitability in Africa.’
“RwandAir will always endeavor to offer good services, improve on time performance and offer state-of-the-art technology such as onboard connectivity (Wi-Fi) and inflight entertainment. Our vision is to be the airline of obvious choice in the markets we serve,” says Ndagano.
“As one of the fastest growing airlines in Africa, RwandAir reaches out to more than 24 destinations across the continent, in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. We intend to maintain this momentum going forward making our participation in this forum all the more important,” he added.
Ndagano says that the conference will not only discuss critical topics related to aviation industry broadly such as barriers to the implementation of the Yamoussoukro Declaration to reach the goal of having one African sky, “but it is also an important platform for suppliers and consumers in the aviation sector to meet and exchange business ideas.”
The official opening of this assembly is scheduled from tomorrow Monday October 13, 2017 at 9.am, at Kigali Convention Center.
