Paul Kagame Wins Election

The National Electoral Commission announced preliminary results from the presidential election, revealing that Paul Kagame won with 99.15% of the votes.

His opponents, Dr. Frank Habineza and Philippe Mpayimana, have got 0.53% and 0.32% of the votes, respectively.
