Gasabo: RPF pledges to accelerate development, more jobs to youth

Parliamentarian candidates of Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF-Inkotanyi) said they will accelerate Rwanda’s development and create more jobs and opportunities for youth who are unemployed.

The message was delivered to thousands of RPF members and citizens at Jabana Sector on August 25, 2018 during the ongoing campaign rallies of parliamentarian candidates where citizens from four sectors namely: Jabana, Jari, Gatsata and Nduba were gathered.

During their manifesto, Stephen Rwamurangwa, chairman of RPF-Inkotanyi in Gasabo District and currently the mayor, said that RPF candidates will continue to fast-track development including roads infrastructures and exploit the city masterplan to build industries that will employ the youth.

“RPF has achieved many things which our parliamentarian candidates will continue to put-in significant efforts as you vote for them. In Gasabo, we have a beautiful road Nyacyonga-Mukoto that will link citizens from Jabana, Gatsata, Nduba to Rulindo District, we request RPF members and friends to vote for our candidates on September 3, 2018,” Rwamurangwa said.

He further noted that RPF’s Members of Parliament will go meet citizens at the grass root level to hear from the problems existing there and advocate for them.

He said that they will boost affordable infrastructure including electricity, water and housing.

Cecile Murumunawabo, one of the candidates said they will advocate for youth’s employment so that they get employed without experience barrier.

“We will advocate for youth who face a challenge of many years of experience requirement to get employed,” she said.
