Journalist Umuhire Valentin passes away

Famous journalist Umuhire Valentin who has had experience in the media profession died of an illness.

Umuhire Valentin has been the editor-in-chief of ValueNews.

The bad news of the death of this journalist who was considered a model by many was made public on the evening of Thursday, January 7, 2021.

Family members said he had been ill for days at Kigali CHUK Hospital where he died from.

Umuhire has worked in various media outlets including Radio and Tv10 in 2013 and other media outlets including Radio Huguka and in particular, he worked for the Rwanda Broadcasting Agency (RBA).

Umuhire will also be remembered for the Radio talk show ‘URUBUGA RW’ITANGAZAMAKURU’ which inspires many people and he is among its founders. He has directed it many times and he has been an expert in directing public conversations.
