“Pray and work to reach the kingdom wealth,” Dr Idem Ikon tells Rwandans

A Nigerian Archbishop Dr Idem Ikon currently preaching the Gospel from Revival Valley Ministries is in Rwanda to preach the Gospel at the same time nurturing Christians especially youth with the culture of working which he says will help them gain wealth.

Dr Ikon pointed on some Christians who always climb hills to seek for areas they can pray from; and make this quite often without working any other job and stay believe God will give them wealth.

“We encourage people, Christians to pray and work. In our communities, there aremany people who often cross hills to pray and get prophecies as: God gives you a car, God gives you a house, they have to work to get them. We do encourage especially youth to work also when they are praying,” said Ikon.

Archbishop Dr Idem ikon is in Rwanda to partner with Uwondiwe Organization that currently promotes youth employment and fight against drug abuse as well as helping Youth to create jobs by giving them startups.

Geraldine Uwingabire, Chairman of Uwondiwe Limited who hosted Dr Idem said that this man is an expert in preaching the Holly Gospel since 51 years ago.

“He is here to help us encourage Rwandans to work, we currently do that but now we want to encourage people to pray and work. Today there is a problem in most of churches where youth spend most of their time praying until when their shoes are over. We do believe in praying but also we value work. From working, you will be able to receive what you were told through prophecies,” Uwingabire said.
