The Social Sober Club team, led by Managing Director Dr. Gamariel MBONIMANA, comprises participants from diverse backgrounds and roles in supporting the club’s mission.

 Former MP who resigned from Parliament because of alcohol

2. The two pastors who baptized him (Dr. Gamariel) at the age of 13.

3. The two secondary students with whom he was chased together

because of praying at the age of 17.

4. The two persons who allured him to test and enjoy alcohol at

the age of 26.

  Individuals who highlight the challenges of temptation.

5. The barman where he tested alcohol for the first time at the age of 26.

because of alcohol.

These individuals not only act as Fans, Friends, Sponsors, and

Partners for Social Sober Club events but also serve as inspiring

figures who support soberness and sobriety as a healthier way of

living. Their participation highlights the global impact of “Keeping

Sober” and reinforces the message of strength, resilience, and a

thriving sober lifestyle. So far, Sober Club is represented in East

Africa, South Africa, West Africa, North Africa, Europe, Middle East,

Asia, USA, and Canada.

These members assist Sober Club to achieve activities related to Fostering Collective Transformation, Guidance and Inspiration, Support and Encouragement, Educational Advocacy, Media Amplification, Community Well-being and Financial Support.

The global representation of the club is also noteworthy, showcasing the widespread impact and support for the cause.
