Speaking to The Inspirer during the fair, Eli Patience Burasa, Assistant Sales Manager at Gorilla Nuts Ltd, highlighted the company’s mission: “We are here not just to sell, but to educate people about the health benefits of macadamia, introduce our cosmetic oil products, and share our journey as a proudly Rwandan brand.”

“We farm and harvest our own macadamia nuts. That way, we ensure the highest quality and traceability,” Burasa explains.
“We also work with local farmers, encouraging youth and communities to grow macadamia trees—an investment that benefits both the environment and their incomes.”

Available in different packages—250g, 500g, and 1kg—Gorilla Nuts’ products are priced to be accessible:
- Roasted macadamia: RWF 20,000/kg
- Raw organic macadamia: RWF 18,000/kg
