Bagarirayose wants President Kagame to read this story about Hospitality

By The Inspirer writer.

Charles Bagarirayose, a resident of the Southern Province in Kamonyi District who studied Hotel Management and Hospitality at the University of Tourism, Technology and business Studies (UTB) on Friday, October 2, 2020 told Umusingi newspaper that that he wants President Kagame to read this story.

The reason why this citizen wants President Kagame to read the story is that he recently talked about the issue of customer care or how customers are getting services in Rwanda.

Bagarirayose said that Rwanda has made tremendous achievements in delivering good customer care services  comparing to the countries he went to like the United Arab Emirates.

Bagarirayose said, “In other countries, Hospitality grows knowing that the client should be well catered for because when you do business you want people to come to buy your products, the same as for another employee working in the office, he/she is paid for by those who seek services from him or her; if you don’t give people what they want and you treat them badly, you do not know what you do. So, one should be more receptive to those who approach him”.

Bagarirayose Charles is an expert in hotel operations and hospitality and has taught at various institutions in Gisenyi and Nyanza districts and has worked in various hotels. He said that he wants to help people know all about hospitality as it helps to promote business especially in hotels and various other businesses.

He started his career at the Serena hotel and then continued at the Perire hotel in Kiyovu and then became General Manager of the Modern Villa hotel for 2 years, then went on to train in various countries including the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere.

He said he is ready to volunteer and train staff so that various interested companies including hotels, Restaurants, Banks and various other institutions can approach him.

He said that in most of the countries people get employed after presenting the professional degrees and proven experience gained from the training.

Bagarirayose thanks President Paul Kagame for his recent remarks on customer care criticizing poor service providers.

He requests interested companies that want to train staff on customer care and hospitality to call him on 0782752535.
