Kigali — Rwanda Development Board (RDB) CEO Jean-Guy Afrika on Monday laid the foundation stone for the Ramba Hills project, a Rwf 115 billion (USD 80m) residential and commercial complex in Kacyiru.

The development, led by Ramba Real Estate, will feature two towers of 26 and 24 floors, alongside others of 16, 12, and 10 floors. It will include apartments, offices, shops, hotels, gardens, a swimming pool, and parking for 1,400 cars.

Construction is expected to take four years, with the first residential units ready in 18 months. Kigali City officials say the project will reshape the skyline and boost modern housing in line with Vision 2050.
