Rwanda in preparation to receive Covid-19 vaccine

It is not a longtime when the President of the Republic of Rwanda said that Rwanda will be among the first countries to receive the Covid-19 vaccine.

From that time even before, health ministry of Rwanda had already started the preparations to receive the vaccine.

The minister of health Dr. Daniel Ngamije said that there were machines to keep the vaccines once arrived in the country.

Though the number of new patients and death are increasing day to day, the health sector was not discouraged, rather they kept on with preparations to receive the vaccine and how to keep it well and distributing it.

By now, there are some machines to refrigerate the vaccines with capacity to cool them at 80°C.

The hope that the county will receive these vaccines lies for The UN’s COVAX initiative to developing countries.
