Wari uzi ko?: Indwara zo mu mutwe zishobora gutera indwara z’umubiri

Inzobere mu buvuzi zitangaza ko hari ubwo indwara z’ umubiri zibangikana n’indwara zo mu mutwe ku buryo hari igihe umurwayi ashobora kujya kwa muganga, akavurwa indwara itari yo bitewe nuko umuganga adasobanukiwe uko kubangikana.

Ibi byagaragarijwe i Kigali kuri uyu wa mbere tariki 25 Kamena 2018 mu biganiro by’ iminsi itanu bizwi nka (Summer School) bihurije hamwe inzobere mu buvuzi ziturutse mu bihugu bitandukanye byo ku Isi, aho bigira hamwe isano iri hagati y’indwara z’umubiri n’indwara zo mu mutwe.

Nkuko byagaragajwe muri ibi biganiro, umuntu ashobora kurwara indwara y’umubiri ibangikanye n’uburwayi bwo mu mutwe, bityo muganga akaba yakwibanda kuvura indwara imwe indi akayibagirwa intego  yo gukiza umurwayi ntigerweho.

Nkuko byatangajwe na Prof. Vincent Sezibera, umwarimu muri Kaminuza y’uRwanda akaba anakuriye ikigo gishinzwe ubushakashatsi ku ndwara zo mu mutwe, ngo umuntu ashobora kurwara Igicuri anafite gutakaza icyizere muri we  ,bityo yajya kwivuza agahabwa imiti y’Igicuri gusa, ariko ntahabwe ubujyanama bumufasha kugarura icyizere bigafata igihe kirekire adakira.

Yagize ati “Iyo umuntu arwaye Igicuri urugero, usanga afite uburwayi bwo mu mutwe bushamikiyeho ubwo gutakaza Icyizere no gucika intege (…), umuntu nkuwo uvuwe Igicuri gusa ntumwongerereho ibigamije kumwubaka mu mitekerereze igabanya agahinda gakabije no kwiheba urumva Igicuri ntikizakira kuko imiti ntazayinywa neza”.

Prof. Sezibera yagaragaje ko akenshi umuntu urwaye umutwe udakira, ahanini aba anafite ihungabana bityo ko mu gihe ahawe imiti y’umutwe udakira akwiye no guhabwa Inama zimwubaka mu mitekerereze.

Uyu mwarimu yanasobanuye ko hari igihe umuntu ashobora guhora yumva aribwa igice runaka cy’umubiri nko kuribwa mu nda, kubabara umugongo, kugira imihango idakira, n’izindi nyamara yajya kwivuza muganga akabura indwara.

Akenshi ubwo bubabare bw’umubiri butabonwa na muganga buba buterwa no kubabara mu marangamutima bigasatira n’umubiri.

Ni ku nshuro ya kane inzobere mu buvuzi ziturutse ku Isi zihurira hamwe kugira ngo ziganire ku buzima bwo mu mutwe, aho buri mwaka baba bafite insanganyamatsiko runaka.

Uyu mwaka izi nzobere zahisemo kuganira ku isano iri hagati y’indwara z’umubiri (Physical Health) n’ indwara zo mu mutwe (Mental health).
