In a bid to enhance customer experience, Airtel Rwanda has partnered with two additional platforms to make Airtel airtime easily accessible to its users. Airtel customers can now conveniently buy airtime on pay.rw by dialing *508# and *662# on efashe.
By using these two platforms, customers can now purchase Airtel Airtime for their own number or a secondary and enjoy a 5.5% discount for each transaction. These two App’s are alternative airtime recharge channels on top of the already existing Airtel self-recharge channels; Airtel Money, My Airtel App and through partner banks.
Due to the Covid-19 global Pandemic, Airtel has emerged at the forefront of enabling digital distribution channels to its customers in the Rwandan Market.
Speaking at the launch of this service, Amit Chawla, Airtel Rwanda Managing Director, said, “For us at Airtel, a connected and engaged customer base offers the exciting prospect of rapid and sustainable growth. We are always eager to put in efforts towards delivering the best customer experience in the digital space and empowering customers with a convenient, non-intrusive and 24×7 available way of managing their mobile accounts especially during this times.

- select Airtime
- Select self or other number and input the other number
