Rwandan forces kill 19 assailants who killed 14 residents

National Police has announced that forces have killed 19 assailants and arrested five assailants who killed 14 residents in Musanze district.

The number of those who were killed increases from eight victims previously announced.

The attack befell Thursday night in Kinigi and Musanze sectors.

They killed people by using traditional weapons as well as guns.

“Operations to chase the behind the attack continues,” police statement signed by CP John Bosco Kabera says.
