Flash employees pledge to uphold effective partnership as they celebrate 15 years of service

Flash Radio and TV employees pledge to maintain partnership and hardworking as main key of their victory so as to continue their goals of better serving their audience including listeners and viewers.

Louis Kamanzi, Chief Executive Officer of Flash recommended his employees this January 26, 2019 while celebrating their 15th Anniversary Since its establishment in 2004.

The journey, which has encountered many challenges as private media, during that time was a new-born sector, Kamanzi revealed how they overcame those hindrances, stressing that partnership and hardworking has been the first secrete of their success.

“You know that media in Rwanda is not a well established sector, we have been growing slowly, starting with one machine and almost six employees, we have now around 50 employees, the secrete behind our success is to know our mission, partnership among our employees and retaining our excellent reputation of serving our people” Kamanzi said

He added that professionalism played also a great role to make them be among well standing private media up to now.

During the ceremony, six employees got award as motivation to go on with their best performance motivate their peers to learn from them.

 Technician Gashyama Mutabazi Théogène, who was awarded as employee of the year acknowledged that his success is dedicated the the whole flash team, and pledge to retain partnership with his co-workers.

According to Innocent Gasabato, Editor in-chief, every employee who has a goal to achieve need less supervision.

“If you know what you want to achieve, there is no need of pressurizing you of how to do things, that is one of the quality of our news team, we came here as learners but now we have grown with the thirst of learning much more and fulfilling our mission” Gasabato said.

Théogène Gashyama Mutabazi, awarded as employee of the year (2018). Alphonse Twahirwa, Delphine Uwamwezi, Izere Desire, Jean Claude Sibomana and Jackson Mwamba also awarded for the performance of their program.

Flash FM is among the first private radios, and was born in 2004, and officials confirm they are committed to growing higher an be among excellent media in Rwanda.
