President Kagame wins African of the Year award 2018 by AABLA and CNBC Africa

Rwandan President, Paul Kagame has won the 2018 African of the year award which distinguishes and honours leaders who have contributed and shaped the African economy, and are visionaries behind today’s outstanding businesses.

The 2018 awards are organised by the All Africa Business Leaders Awards (AABLA®) in Partnership with
@CNBCAfrica, a television network.

“African of the year award goes to his excellency president @PaulKagame
#AABLA2018 #GautengFinale this winner is also on the cover of @forbesafrica December & January issue,” reads a tweet by AABLA on its Twitter handle @AABLAAwards.

Reacting to the news, Rwanda High Commissioner to South Africa, Vincent Karega said “We are happy with the award to President Kagame as the African of the Year, as an role model African thanks to his deeds for Rwanda and Africa. Acclamation to Rwanda, congratulations!
