Through the new campaign”Go from Good to Best”, Airtel-Tigo merged services will always provide best services to current and new subscribers using Airtel or Tigo line.
Airtel Officials have communicated this on March 15, 2018 during the official unveiling of Airtel-Tigo merge.
Speaking during this inaugural ceremony, Airtel Rwanda Managing director Philip Amoateng said the merge of services will be the ever changing dynamic industry that will never stop bringing innovations to subscribers using both lines.
“One of the rationales behind this launch is to improve our services to our clients including internet bundles and calls on each of the two lines at affordable prices. the journey has started for this incubation because we need quality and the best of the best,” said Amoateng.
This incubation will also allow cashing and cashing out from Airtel or Tigo Sim-card every where in the country.
Amoateng informs the clients not to worry of the colour of agents’ uniform either in blue (Tigo) or red (Airtel) because they will be serving same services.
“We need to provide quality service, that is why we are launching ‘Go from Good to Best’. One of the things we want to share to customers is that Airtel-Tigo merger is going to work even better. I tell you there are a lot more of good services and you will find our freelancers everywhere serving the “Go from Good to Best” said Amoateng.
He also said they are launching three components under the new campaign, namely On-net (calling between Airtel and Tigo) using the new Airtel and Tigo Plans, the best and most affordable internet packs and One Airtel and Tigo network.
“The plan from now on is rolling out “Go from Good to best” campaign throughout the country to ensure our 5 million customers are benefiting from the merger with Tigo now and the integration is in the final stages” said Moses Abindabizemu, the Airtel Marketing Director.
