Bralirwa unveils a new AMSTEL Brand

Rwanda’s leading beer and soft drinks maker, Bralirwa yesterday February 23, 2018 launched a new AMSTEL beer with 100 percent pure Malt.

The new 33 cl green bottle of AMSTEL beer will be sold at RWF 600 according to Peter Karadjov, Bralirwa Marketing director.

Karadjov explained that the beer is introduced as a response to serve Rwandans beer drinkers with a new taste.

“There is a need for more beer to the market, we are the leader on the market and we have to introduce new products to everybody, this is our response to the segments, we are introducing this AMSTEL because it is one of the strongest available beverages globally with a huge portfolio in 170 countries across the globe, so generations and generations drank this strong beer,” said Karadjov.

The new AMSTEL brand is much more modern and different in package from the current one in black bottle.

The beer will be on the market by next week and will be together with the other one in black bottle.
“We will be doing the distribution slowly,” Karadjov noted.

“In our innovation strategy, there is always synergy between the brands, so, we are launching according to the different needs but also meeting the same needs, depending on the smiles and testimonies of clients tasting the beer the project is taken very well by everybody including our partners, retailers, distributors and our friends here,” said Karadjov.
